Payment Policy and Cancellations

We accept most PPO insurance plans, Medicare, and self-pay. Please call our office to confirm insurance acceptance. Co-pays are collected at the time of visit. For billing inquiries, please call (800) 261-8373.

In the event you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please speak with our office two business days in advance. A $75 no-show fee will be applied to all missed appointments.
